Discover how small, smart refinements can unlock thousands
in untapped profit, efficiency, and time.
All in less than an hour...
Join this practical workshop and leave with at least
£5,000 worth of ideas you can act on immediately.
Running a business can feel like you’re always pushing uphill. Constantly working, yet wondering where the profit is going.
You know there’s potential in your business, but between client work, admin, and firefighting, you rarely have time to look for it.
❌ You’re busy but not always productive.
❌ Costs keep creeping up.
❌ Opportunities slip through the cracks.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you’re probably leaving money on the table every single month.

I understand how frustrating that feels because I’ve seen it in hundreds of small businesses. The truth is, you don’t need to start from scratch or work longer hours to earn more. You just need to refine what you already have.
Using The Field of Business model, I help business owners create small, strategic changes that deliver measurable results.
This workshop will show you how to find — and keep — more money in your business using the same process.
You'll be reminded or learn.
Where businesses lose money without realising.
How to improve profits without more clients.
Why 27 minutes of productivity a day equals £5,000 a year.
How to find “hidden money” in your pricing, marketing, and systems.
Simple ways to track improvements using your own Business Dashboard.
💡 Every attendee leaves with a clear, personal action plan — not theory.

Most business owners work too hard for too little reward because they’re focused on the wrong areas.
When you attend this workshop, you’ll finally see:
✅ Exactly where your business can make more money.
✅ How to streamline your time and protect your profits.
✅ Confidence that your business is working smarter, not harder.
Or… you can keep doing what you’ve been doing, and continue missing out on £5,000+ of opportunity every year.
I attended the inaugural Netweaving networking event yesterday and was seriously impressed. I've been networking for 11 years now and I've seen so many supposedly 'different' formats, some of which worked, some of which didn't and some of which weren't actually different at all! But I like to try new ones, and this was run by Brian, who also does the excellent (and different!) Nuovo meeting, so I had high hopes. I was not disappointed. A refreshing approach with no pitches, just 10-minute conversations with people and a table discussion to end with. It was beautifully informal, but well structured. The format worked very well, and the small cost (£10) all goes to The Hope Centre charity. I'm already looking forward to the next one.

It was a great event - loved the format as I got to spend a decent amount of time with a much bigger number of people. You’re given permission to say, it’s been great getting to know you, now I’m going to talk to someone else. So much more difficult to do at a typical stand up and chat event. I’ll hopefully be at future ones. Thank you for setting this up. 👏

The netweaving yesterday was great! New concept, really relaxed. Well worth a visit if you are available on the second Tuesday each month in the morning. The business, lunches when I'm able to go are fantastic!

Netweaving last week was a fantastic fresh way of networking, and met some awesome people. Already been advocating this to bring some more people along for next time.

Brian, you have a real knack for bringing people together and supporting others’ businesses. I’ve seen Nuovo grow so much over the past few months and it’s a brilliant lunch networking to be part of. Yesterday was a great example, with the introduction of Netweaving... I love the format! It’s exactly the kind of thing that deserves to be shouted about and championed. 😁 🙌

I work with Brian as my business coach and honestly it’s been such a game changer for me. His netweaving sessions are one of my favourite spaces; relaxed, welcoming, and the perfect way to meet new people and build connections that actually matter. What I love most is the focus on “what can I do for you?” it makes networking feel so much more meaningful.
