What information we collect?

This site collects only non-identifiable information about you via the use of cookies for analytics purposes which includes where in the world you are visiting from, if this is the first time you have been to the site or if you are a repeat visitor and an overview of which pages have been visited, which browser is used and whether you are using a computer or a mobile device – none of this includes information that can be used to identify who you are.
 
Data is also collected by you personally sending a message in to us.  This includes your name, phone number and email address – this information will only be used to respond to your enquiry  and THAT IS IT! 
 
The cookies analytics places on your computer are purely to show me that I am doing my job well and nothing more.

With whom do we share your Personal Information?

Nobody – unless my CRM and email service provider count but I’m not sure that they do because I won’t share your data with them, I will just input it into their system that I pay to use.

As a general rule, we process your personal data to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. Obtaining and processing your information is a vital part of producing quotes, processing orders and providing you with a fully comprehensive service.  Even if a contract is yet to to be put in place in the form of an order, we still require your information to be able to provide you with the relevant information you have asked us for.
 
Our second lawful basis for processing your personal data is: Consent
 
On occasion we may gather data from individuals we have no relationship with, for example at trade shows or exhibitions or via the online newsletter sign-up.  In these circumstances, if you supply us with your email address we will ask for your consent to retain and process your data. There is an active opt-in box on our enquiry form and also on our website and unsubscribing is part of every outgoing email.  We use a double opt-in system.

Upon receiving your request, and according to legal obligations to which we are subject, we will first need to authenticate your request. Should sufficient information required to verify your identity not be included in your request, we will respond with an authentication request, after which your request will be processed within the legal timeframe.

Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of the Site and your information; our systems are secure and we have a really solid foundation in handling sensitive information (which we don’t actually need to gather from you at all)

We may use your Personal Information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc. ourselves or by using our third party subcontractors for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials, concerning our services, which we believe may interest you.  
Out of respect to your right to privacy we provide you within such marketing materials with means to decline receiving further marketing offers from us. If you unsubscribe we will remove your email address or telephone number from our marketing distribution lists.
