Who is the Refinement Room for, and am I a good fit?

The Refinement Room is for established business owners with at least a small team, because you have to be able to take the time to actually do the activities agreed. Whether you’re facing time challenges, scaling challenges or you just feel like your business is stuck then you will definitely benefit. The key things to being a good member are a positive attitude (no moaners, please), be supportive of your fellow members and ready to take the actions you need to move forward.

What is the format of the monthly meeting?

Your monthly meeting is 150 minutes and focused on achieving results for each and every member. You will be reviewing your previous month’s performance and accountabilities, brainstorming each others challenges, discussing the area of the field of business focus for the month and planning your next month, whilst enjoying a beautiful two course lunch.

How will I be held accountable as part of my membership?

In my opinion, the most important part of being a member of the Refinement Room is accountability and this is will be given in abundance. Your coach will be holding you accountable to all the actions recorded on your business development platform, and agreed actions from the previous meeting. Your business development platform will be sending you automated reminders to do the activities and your peer group will also be holding you to account, as you will them. This is a team game and everyone working together will achieve amazing results.
