I am not what most people expect when they think about coaches/consultants.
After 21 years of sitting across from service business owners in Northamptonshire, I have seen enough to know a few things.
I know that most business owners are far more capable than the results they are currently getting. I know that the gap between where they are and where they want to be is almost always smaller than it looks from the inside. And I know that what most of them need is not more advice. It is someone who will look at what is actually going on, tell them what they see, and stay with them while they fix it.
That is what I do. I call it refining.
